High Precision, Deep Dimming Step-Down LED Constant Current Controller

KP1463SPA is a high precision, dimming LED constant current controller suitable for non-isolated step-down LED constant current power supply with a full range of AC input voltage. KP1463 supports PWM input dimming, minimum dimming depth can reach 0.1%, low output ripple current, full dimming without stuttering, and supports standby mode, standby power consumption of less than 20mW.

KP1463SPA internal integrated 650V high-voltage power supply circuit, no need to start resistance and auxiliary winding, can realize the chip independent power supply, but also save the traditional external power capacitor, speed up the start time and greatly save the cost of LED power supply. The circuit works in the quasi-resonant mode of critical inductance current conduction, and adopts the special high-precision current sampling technology combined with internal compensation, which can obtain high constant current accuracy and excellent output and input adjustment rate.

KP1463SPA integrates a variety of protection functions, including LED open circuit protection, LED short circuit protection, cycle by cycle overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, etc., to enhance the safety and reliability of LED power supply. The LED open circuit protection voltage can be continuously set through the ROVP pin.
