The NDP36501 is an efficient step-down controller. With a wide input operating voltage range of 6V to 60V, it uses Continuous current mode (CCM) to power high-brightness leds. The NDP36501 uses a hysteresis control structure to precisely adjust the LED current through feedback from an external high-side current detection resistor.


This control method can optimize circuit stability and fast response time without loop compensation. Its low average feedback voltage of 200mV reduces power loss and improves the efficiency of the converter. The NDP36501 provides PWM and analog dimming via EN/DIM pins. The MP24894 has thermal overload protection when the output is overloaded. The NDP36501 is packaged in SOT23-6.
