AS64194 is a step-down LED constant current power switch suitable for low voltage DC input, deep dimming, suitable for step-down high-power dimming LED driver applications with input 20V ~ 80V. The chip works in the inductive current critical on-mode and supports the maximum operating frequency of 200kHz, which has the advantages of high efficiency and good precision. The AS64194 has a built-in low on-resistance 110mΩ power MOSFET with adjustable output current to provide a maximum of 1A output current.


The AS64194 works in analog dimming mode, with no strobe in the whole process, DIM foot receives PWM signal, the minimum dimming depth can reach 0.05%, and supports standby mode, standby power consumption is less than 20mW. The AS64194 integrates multiple protection functions, including LED open circuit protection, LED short circuit protection, and overtemperature protection.
