The AS8301 is a micropower isolated flyback switching power supply chip. No third party windings and optical couplings are required, and the output voltage is controlled by the primary voltage feedback. The output voltage is set by an external resistor, and external devices are reduced by a built-in compensation circuit and soft start. Low ripple burst mode ensures high system efficiency by minimizing output ripple.
The SOT23-5 package integrates the 1.2A/65V power DMOS tube as well as all the high voltage circuits and logic management circuits. The AS8301 has an input voltage range of 2.7V to 42V and can transmit 6W power to the isolated end. Built-in circuit, boundary mode and low ripple burst mode make the chip easy to use.
